Obesity due to overwork describes the situation that many office workers gain weight and become overweight or even obese while working at their desk job that requires long periods of sitting.

Adults who feel overworked or burned out often adopt an array of unhealthy behaviors that can lead to weight gain.

睡眠不足、饮食不规律不健康、缺乏运动是造成过劳肥的主要因素。
Overwork, excessive sitting and pressure also increase the risk of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, fatty liver, diabetes and other conditions(疾病).
