知网：中国知识基础设施工程，是中华人民共和国一项知识工程，在教育部、中宣部、科技部、国家新闻出版广电总局、国家计委的大力支持下，由清华大学直接领导。该工程由清华大学和清华同方发起，1995年正式立项，最初仅仅是发行《中国学术期刊》，并迅速占领中国图书情报市场、尤其是高等院校图书馆市场。2022年4月8日，中科院文献信息中心发布通知称：“2021年中科院集团中国知网数据库订购总费用已经达到千万级别，高昂的订购费已经成为中科院集团资源引进的巨无霸。
2022年4月30日，知网称如果按照赵德馨教授200元/千字的赔偿标准，知网全部在库作品要赔1200亿元。但是根据其财报表示，运营方同方知网2021年净利润是1.94亿元。2022年5月9日，知网称择机公开整改措施。2022年5月12日，知网登门向赵德馨教授道歉。2022年5月13日，知网运营方同方知网（北京）技术有限公司被立案调查。

CNKI, whose parent company母公司 is Tsinghua Tongfang, a Chinese state-owned software company linked to China’s elite Tsinghua University, said in a statement on WeChat it would cooperate fully with the probe全力配合调查 and it would take it as an opportunity将调查视作一次机会 to carry out a self-examination自查.
