Xiaohua：Xiaohong. Videos circulating online show that a test car made by Chinese electric vehicle start-up Nio fell out of a third floor parking lot of a building in Shanghai, killing two people. I was terrified. Xiaoming told me yesterday that he wanted to buy me a car for my coming birthday gift.
小华：小红。网上流传的视频显示，中国电动汽车初创企业蔚来汽车(Nio)生产的一辆测试车从上海一栋建筑的三层停车场坠落，造成两人死亡。我吓坏了。小明昨天告诉我他想给我买一辆车作为我即将到来的生日礼物。
Xiaohong：Wow, how could this happen？Is anything wrong with the car?

Xiaohua：I don't know. The company said after an on-site analysis, it can be preliminarily confirmed that the accident has nothing to do with the vehicle itself.
小华：不知道啊。该公司表示，经过现场分析，可以初步确认事故与车辆本身无关。
Xiaohong：Yes. I saw a new video, saying that the company emphasized that the incident was an “accident” that was not caused by issues with the vehicle. Well, how's Xiaoming？

The incident happened at around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday. One company staff member and a partner employee died. Nio said that it has set up a special team to help the families of the deceased deal with the aftermath.

Well, last year, a man died in a Nio ES8 while using the car's semi-autonomous driving features known as Navigate in Pilot.

I was wondering whether the accident has something to do with its car or not. Nio laid out some details in Weibo and they were deleted just minutes.
