瑞典家居连锁公司宜家在俄罗斯官网上宣布，该公司将从本月5日起在俄罗斯境内开展线上清仓大甩卖，促销活动将持续到所有存货卖完为止。宜家表示，从5日开始的几周时间里，俄罗斯的顾客可以在宜家官网上购买商品，只要有库存的商品，都可以购买，卖完为止。
IKEA has said it will continue to pay its nearly 15,000 staff in Russia until the end of Augus.

Xiaohong：Wow, this is so exciting. The Swedish furniture company IKEA opened for the last time in Russia with an online-only fire sale.

Xiaohua：So IKEA will soon exit the Russian market because of the war in Ukraine?

Xiaohong：Yes. I have been to Beijing and Shanghai malls, in particular, you will be truly attracted by its store layout. There's a designed road that you must follow, and it guides you through the store in one direction.

Xiaohua：That sounds interesting, but it sounds like shopping in IKEA will suck your wallet dry.

Hi, Xiaohong. Long time no see. I'm doing great here in Moscow. The online sales would be carried out from July 5, for a few weeks while stocks last. Purchases can only be made from ikea.ru. But there are issues adding to products to the website's shopping cart due to technical reasons.
嗨，小红。好久不见。我在莫斯科过得很好。网上销售将从7月5日开始，持续几周时间。只能在俄罗斯宜家网站上购买。但由于技术原因，将产品添加到网站的购物车存在问题。
Delivery and self-delivery are limited and are only being carried out in cities that have IKEA store, like Moscow and St. Petersburg. So, if you try to order online, it will cost you a lot of money shipping from these cities. And you have to wait for a long time.

Situation here is not good. Last month, IKEA sold factories and closed its offices in Russia, as well as cut down on its 15,000-person workforce in the country. And it will pay its Russian workforce until the end of August. So, that means I will be between jobs soon.
