Xiaohong：Well, Sprite is a lemon and lime-flavored soft drink. It's crisp, refreshing and clean-tasting. It first hit shop shelves back in 1961 and today it's sold in more than 190 countries.

Xiaohua：Wow, you are a big fan of Sprite.

The beverage giant, Coca-Cola Company, has announced that Sprite's entire visual identity will get a revamp to provide a consistent look and voice around the world. That means it's changing the packaging from green to clear plastic to become more environmentally responsible. Actually, it had already started transitioning from Sprite's iconic green bottles to more environmentally friendly clear bottles in places like the United Kingdom. Starting August 1st, all Sprite bottles across the U.S. and Canada will transition to clear packaging.

The CEO of a recycling company working with Coca-Cola stated, "Taking colors out of bottles improves the quality of the recycled material. " This will help drive a circular economy for plastic.
