freeze /friːz/ 表示“冻结”，形容软件卡住了操作不了，没有响应。
例：Every time I try to upload a file, the software freezes.
每次我上传文件，软件都会卡住。
例：I tried clicking on the menu, but the whole screen froze. I had to restart.
我一点菜单，整个屏幕就卡死了，只能重启。
crash /kræʃ/ 形容软件应用或电脑突然出故障，崩了，不能用。
例：I lost all my work after the software crashed.
软件崩了，我做的东西都没了。
lag /læɡ/ 动词，表示to move slowly，这里形容软件反应慢，有延迟。
例：The app is so slow today. It takes forever to load anything.
今天这个App太慢了，加载什么东西都要等半天。注意英文里app不读诶批批，而是读作/æp/，是application (应用程序) /ˌæplɪˈkeɪʃn/ 的缩写。
例：I click on something, and the app just lags for a few seconds before it responds.
我点击之后，App要等几秒钟才有反应。
“登录账号”的动词短语是log in或者sign in，“退出登录”是log out或者sign out。如果没有账号要注册，叫sign up。
例：I’ve been trying to log in for 10 minutes, but it keeps saying my password is wrong.
我已经尝试登录 10 分钟了，但它一直说我密码错误。
例：It keeps logging me out for no reason.
总是莫名其妙就把我退出登录。
compatible /kəmˈpætəbl/ 表示able to be used together，可以一起使用的，兼容的，常用搭配是be compatible with sth。
例：The software doesn’t work well with my Mac.
这软件在我的 Mac 上运行不畅。
例：I can’t get the program to run on my old laptop. It seems like it’s not compatible with my version of Windows.
软件在我的旧笔记本上运行不了，估计和我的 Windows 版本不兼容。
例：I keep getting an error message whenever I try to open my file. It looks like there's a bug in the new update.
每次打开文件都会弹出错误提示，看来更新版软件有故障。
disconnect /ˌdɪskəˈnekt/ 表示“失去联系，断开连接”，也就是掉线的意思，常用搭配是disconnect from sth。
例：The app keeps disconnecting from the server, and I can’t get any work done.
App总是与服务器失去连接，我什么活都没法干。
例：I keep getting disconnected from the network while using the app.
我在用的时候App总是断网。
install /ɪnˈstɔːl/ 动词，表示“安装”，加上否定前缀un就变成“卸载”，uninstall /ʌnɪn'stɔːl/。
例：I have downloaded the new version, but it won’t install on my laptop.
我已经下载了新版本，但无法安装到我的笔记本上。
例：I keep getting an error message when I try to install the new version.
我安装新版本时一直报错。
update表示“更新”，可以做名词或动词，在这个句子里是名词，读作/ˈʌpdeɪt/ ，重音在前；做动词时读作/ˌʌpˈdeɪt/，重音在后。
例：I tried updating the app, but the update failed, and now it won't open at all.
我试着更新app，但更新失败了，现在根本打不开。
例：After updating the software, all my documents got corrupted. I can't open them anymore.
更新软件后，我所有的文档都损坏了，再也打不开。corrupt /kəˈrʌpt/ 动词，表示修改数据导致文件出错、损坏，在这个句子里用的是被动，指文件被损坏了，打不开了。corrupt的名词形式是corruption，data corruption表示“数据损坏”。
