sb. is a blabbermouth.
/ˈblæbəmaʊθ/ 名词，informal，表示a person who tells secrets because they talk too much，话多嘴碎、会把秘密说出去的人，非正式用语，口语里用，贬义词。
blabber /ˈblæbə/ 动词，表示to talk in a silly or annoying way for a long time，喋喋不休地说蠢话。
I can't believe you told her my secret! You're such a blabbermouth.
我没想到你竟然把我的秘密告诉她！你真是个大嘴巴。
He's a total blabbermouth; he tells everyone everything!
他是个大嘴巴，什么都和人说！
sb. is/has a big mouth.
指嘴巴不严实，不能保守秘密的人，是非正式用语，口语里用，贬义词。
还有一个表达me and my big mouth，当自己把秘密说漏嘴时说的自责的话，“我这大嘴巴，真不该把这话说出来”。
She has/is a big mouth and tells all to everyone.
她是个大嘴巴，逢人就说。
Oops, I wasn't supposed to tell you! Me and my big mouth!
糟了，我不应该跟你说的！我真是大嘴巴。
sb. can't keep a secret.
keep a secret表示保守秘密，这一期最好记的一句。
I told her not to say anything, but she can't keep a secret.
我让她什么都别说，但她守不住秘密。
He can't keep a secret to save his life.
就算是为了保命他都守不住秘密。
sb. can't do sth. to save his/her life是一个俚语，口语里用，字面意思是“某人做不到某事，哪怕做这件事能救他的命他也做不到”，夸张的说法，表示to be completely unable to do something，完全做不到某事。
sb. has loose lips.
lip /lɪp/ 嘴唇，loose /luːs/ 宽松的，句子表示某人嘴巴不严，嘴上没把门，会把秘密说出来。
类似的说法还有sb. has a loose tongue. tongue /tʌŋ/ 舌头。两个表达对应的形容词是loose-lipped, loose-tongued，都表示“话多的，嘴巴不严的，会泄密的”，反义词是tight-lipped，我们在上一期看过。
这个短语可能起源于二战时美国的一个宣传语：Loose lips sink ships，“口风不紧战舰沉”，beware of unguarded talk的意思，是用来提醒人们不要乱说话，尤其是那些知道机密信息的人，可能随口一句话泄露机密就会影响战局。
相比其他表达，loose lips/loose tongue这两个说法没那么常用，有点过时，了解一下就好。
Don't tell John about the surprise party; he's got loose lips/a loose tongue.
别把惊喜派对的事告诉约翰，他嘴不严。
You need to be careful; loose lips/a loose tongue can get you into trouble.
小心点，祸从口出。
sb. can't be trusted/is untrustworthy.
trust /trʌst/ 动词，“信任”，untrustworthy /ʌnˈtrʌstwɜːði/ 形容词，”不可靠的，不值得信任的“。句子表示某人靠不住，放在语境里可以表示某人守不住秘密。反义词是trustworthy，上一期出现过。
Be careful what you say around him; he's untrustworthy.
在他面前说话要小心，他靠不住，会往外说的。
She can't be trusted. Let's just keep this between you and me.
她靠不住，这事你和我知道就好。
