某人/某事有什么特别的？special也可以换成别的形容词。
I can see you're really into him. What's so special about him?
我看得出你很喜欢他，他有什么特别之处呢？be into sth/sb 表示be interested in，很感兴趣，很喜欢。
You're so excited about this new job, but what's so appealing about it? Sounds like a lot of pressure.
你对这份新工作很兴奋，但它有什么吸引你的？听起来压力很大。appealing /əˈpiːlɪŋ/ 形容词，“吸引人的，有趣的”。
05 What do you see in ...
你在某人/某事上看到什么优点？你看上某人/某事什么？
I see you light up when she's around. What do you see in her?
我看到她在你身边的时候，你的眼睛都亮了。你喜欢她什么？sb. lights up表示to suddenly look happy，神采突然亮了起来，一般形容人突然开心或者活跃起来。
What do you see in this job? It seems like a dead end.
你做这份工作图啥呢？看起来没什么前途。dead end表示a situation in which no progress can be made or no advancement is possible，死胡同，没有发展空间。

你从某人/某事那里能得到什么？图什么？

What do you get out of that stressful job? Is it just the paycheck, or do you actually love what you do?
