01 (I'm) just saying
“说说而已”，用于口语，used when you are making a criticism or complaint, to make it less likely to offend someone。
一般是批评或者指出别人不对之后缓和语气用的，表明自己没有恶意，只是说一下而已。
Isn't that T-shirt a bit small for you? Just saying.
这件T恤你穿是不是有点小？说说而已。
You shouldn't wear this shirt with these pants. Just saying.
你穿这件衬衫不应该搭配这条裤子。我随便说的。
02 (It's) just a thought
“只是我的一个想法哈”，用于口语，used to say that what you have just said is only a suggestion and you have not thought about it very much。
表示“只是随口提下我的想法，我也没有想太多的”，提建议时缓和语气用的，尤其是当你知道别人可能不同意或者会觉得你在说他不好/不对。
Maybe we could start the meeting a bit earlier so we could all get off on time? Just a thought.
要不我们早一点开会，这样大家都能准时下班？只是说下我的一个想法。
Why don't you try a different color? Just a thought.

03 casual remark/comment
“随口一说的话”，casual/ˈkæʒuəl/ 形容词，表示without thinking much about it，没有认真思考过的，随便说的。remark 和comment都是名词，表示“见解，看法，评论”。
It was just a casual remark; I didn't mean anything by it.
我只是随口一说，没别的意思。
He made a casual comment about her haircut, and she barely spoke to him the rest of the night.
他随口说了一下她的发型，结果她接下来整晚都没怎么跟他说话。
He made a casual remark, but it actually gave me a great idea.

04 say/mention sth casually
“漫不经心地说”，casually /ˈkæʒuəli/ 副词，without much care or thought，表示“漫不经心地，随意地”,这个短语侧重讲话的语气不是很认真，不太在意。
She said casually that she might be moving next year.
她随口说了句她明年可能要搬家。
The boss casually mentioned we'd need to upgrade the product. I'm not sure how serious he is.
老板随口提到我们需要升级产品。我不知道他是不是认真的。
05 say sth in passing
“顺带说了句”，to say something while talking about something else，在聊话题A时顺口提到一两句话题B，但没有细说。
A: I mentioned I was looking for a new job.
我说过我在找新工作。
B: Yeah, in passing.

He mentioned his divorce only in passing. I didn't get the full story.
