01 blame sb
blame /bleɪm/ 动词， to say or think that someone or something is responsible for something bad，说/认为某件坏事是某人的责任，归咎于某人。
blame是表示“责怪”最常用的单词，口语和书面都适用，被责怪的人可以是真的有责任，也可以只是背锅的。
常用结构是blame sb for sth, 或者blame sth on sb，把某事归咎于某人。
