/tʃiːp/ 形容词,美式非正式口语里用,表示not liking to spend money,不喜欢花钱。英式英语里用mean。
cheap经常形容东西廉价,所以用它来形容人比较难听,形容某人为了省钱什么都不讲究,买什么都只考虑价格不考虑质量,不顾礼仪和体面,没有基本的生活品质追求。

miserly /'maɪzə(r)li/ 形容词,表示hating to spend money,厌恶花钱的,守财奴一样的,这一篇这个单词的抠门程度最高。
How is she so miserly? She's got money but acts like she's broke every time we go out!

两个单词构成形容词penny-pinching /'peni pɪntʃɪŋ/,表示unwilling to spend money, extremely careful with money,过度节俭,非常不舍得花钱,一分钱都不肯撒手。

tight紧的”,fist“拳头”,tight-fisted /taɪtˈfɪstɪd/ 形容词,表示unwilling to part with money,紧握着钱不松手,不愿意花钱。
