·01·go around·
around副词或介词，表示to the other side of sth without going through it or over it，绕过或者避开某物去到另一边，而不是直接穿过去，常用在口语里，around后边可以加绕过的地方，也可以不加。
We had to go around the construction zone.
施工区我们得绕道。
That path through the forest park is quite dark and creepy at night. I think we should go around. It'll be much safer.
穿过森林公园的那条小路晚上又黑又阴森。我觉得我们应该绕路，那样安全些。
·02·make/take a detour·
detour /ˈdiːtʊə(r)/ 名词，表示a way of going from one place to another that is longer than the usual way，绕路，比平时走的路线长的路，一般是为了避开某个地方，或者中途为了去另一个地方而绕路。
施工或者临时封路的时候经常会有方向指示牌写着detour (美) 或者 diversion (英) /daɪˈvɜːʃn/，表示这个方向有临时绕行的路。
Thank you for the ride. It was quite a detour for you.
谢谢你载我一程，麻烦你绕这么大一段路。
The tour guide suggested making a quick detour to see the old castle.
导游建议我们绕一小段路去参观古城堡。

·03·go out of one's way·
表示to travel an indirect route or an extra distance in order to do something，某人本来要去某个地方，中途偏离原本的路线去做某事，去做不顺路的事。
也可以用比喻义，to do something with more effort than is usual or expected，付出额外的努力、不嫌麻烦去做某件本来不用做的事。
He went out of his way to pick up the package for me.
他绕路去帮我取快递。
Do we really need to buy coffee? It's 20 minutes out of our way.
这个咖啡真的非买不可吗？要多绕20分钟的路呢。
My coworker went out of her way to help me with the report. She was a lifesaver!
我同事不嫌麻烦帮我写报告，她真的是我的救星！

UK /ˈbaɪpɑːs/ US/ˈbaɪpæs/ 动词，表示to go around a town or other busy place rather than through it，从旁边绕过而不是直接穿过某个地方，等于go around但更书面正式一点。
bypass后边也可以加流程、规则之类没有实体的东西，表示为了方便快捷而避开。
We decided to bypass the main road during rush hour and take the side streets.
我们决定在高峰时段绕过主干道，走小路。早高峰：morning rush hour，晚高峰：evening rush hour。
You can bypass the registration process by logging in with your phone number.
您可以使用手机号码登录，避开注册程序。
