三个读音都可以：/fləˈresnt/ /flɔːˈresənt/ /flʊəˈresənt/，形容词，fluorescent colours are very bright and easy to see，荧光的，颜色非常亮非常显眼的，可以加具体的颜色：fluorescent green/yellow/orange/pink。

/ˈniːɒn/ /ˈniːɑːn/ 名词，霓虹灯neon lights，荧光灯fluorescent lights，两种灯不一样，但是两个单词形容颜色的时候是同义词，都表示very bright，颜色亮到仿佛会发光，可以互换使用。
