不要被它影响。
sth/sb gets to you表示to make you feel annoyed or upset，某人/某事影响到你的心情和状态，让你生气烦恼。用don't let it get to you来告诉/安慰某人说不要被某人/事影响心情，因为问题只是暂时的，不是什么严重的事。
A: My manager just told me my last project wasn't up to par.
经理刚刚和我说我上个项目让人失望。be up to par /pɑː/表示to be of the usual or expected standard，达到预期，发挥一贯的水平。
B: Don't let it get to you. It's just one project. Take the feedback, learn from it, and do better next time.
别往心里去，一个项目而已，接受反馈，吸取教训，下次做更好就行了。

·02·Don't take it to heart.·
别介意，别往心里去。
take sth to heart是个习语，表示to think about something seriously, often because it upsets you，某人批评你或者说了不好的话，或者做了让你生气的事，然后你非常介意，一直想着，耿耿于怀。
A: Jenny said my hair always looked so messy, and asked if I'd brushed it.
珍妮说我头发永远乱糟糟的，她问我有没有梳过头。
B: Oh, don't take it to heart. She can be thoughtless sometimes. You know how she is.
哦，别放在心上，她有时候说话不过脑子的，她这个人你知道的。thoughtless表示not considering how your actions or words may upset someone，说话做事的时候不考虑别人的感受。
A: I don't know why that cashier was so rude to me today. I didn't do anything!
我不知道今天那个收银员为什么对我这么不客气。我什么都没做！
B: Don't take it to heart. Some people are just having a bad day, and they take it out on others.
别往心里去，有些人一天过得不顺，就会拿别人出气。have a bad day表示某一天诸事不顺，心情不好，take sth out on sb表示拿某人出气，在别人身上发泄怒气。

不要觉得是针对你个人。
这一篇里使用频率最高的句子，表示don't feel offended or hurt by something someone said or did because it's not directed specifically at you，某人的话或者行为不是针对你这个人本身，他只是针对你的某个行为(对事不对人)，也可能他对所有人都这样(是他自己的问题)。
也可以说It's not about you, 或者It's not personal.
A: I got an email from my boss pointing out everything I did wrong on that project.
我收到了老板的一封邮件，指出了我在项目中的所有错误。
B: Don't take it personally. He's just being specific so you can improve. And honestly, he probably sends those kinds of emails to everyone.

bother /ˈbɒðə/ /ˈbɑːðər/ 动词，表示to make someone feel slightly worried, upset, or concerned，让某人有点担心和烦恼。
A: The group project is such a mess. Nobody is doing their part.
这小组项目一团糟。大家都没尽到责任。
B: Don't let it bother you. You can't control how others work. Just focus on your part and do your best.
别操心这些，别人怎么干活你管不了的，专注自己的事，尽你所能就好了。
A: I tripped in front of everyone at the office. I'm a joke!
我在办公室当着所有人的面摔了一跤，好丢人啊！
B: Don't let it bother you. This isn't the end of the world. Everyone has embarrassing moments. I'm sure they won't even remember it in a few days.
